Advanced Technology in the Hands of Skilled Craftsmen
At DCI, we use mainly aluminum and steel to fabricate our products. From our patented extruded shapes for our sun control products line, to DCI can also fabricate a broad range of custom signs. We use plastics forming for acrylics, polycarbonate, PVC, and other materials. For flexible faces, we use vinyls, inks, and a variety of substrates; we also have the ability to screen print both flexible and rigid face materials. Our structural steel fabrication employs rolling, welding, cutting, punching, and drilling.
In addition, our electronic design files integrate flawlessly with our state-of-the-art, computer-driven manufacturing equipment for precision reproduction. We also archive these designs should a component require replacement or revision in the future. This ensures that reproduction is identical to the original.
DCI design services are available for our entire product line.
